WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA Business Relocations Adelaide, is a stand alone division of WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA Moving Services with a sole focus on commercial work, boasting its own fully trained, uniformed and police checked removal team, a fleet of hydraulic tail lift trucks, the latest innovations in moving equipment to increase efficiency on jobs and a 1000m2 secure storage facility with the support back up of WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA Moving Services 3,500m2 warehouse where the need arises.

Removal personnel are dedicated to this division of the company and as a consequence are more experienced in commercial relocations and the specific needs that entails.
WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA have designated a number of the more experienced and capable removal employees as supervisors for jobs, and these supervisors are positioned strategically in the actual removal process to ensure the project managers instructions are being executed, maintain a smooth flow of goods, and to communicate any concerns.

Equipment
WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA Adelaide Business Relocations has invested in the crate and skate system which supersedes the need for removal boxes in most instances, and offers the client staff clear benefits both in regards to OH&S and cost / easy of use. With over 4000 crates and 1250 skates in Adelaide we have to volume to cope with the largest of projects and allow extended periods of customer use where required.
We have invested heavily in protective covers for computer screens that have an anti static cushioning for the screen and are designed to fit oversized screens. The sealable keyboard bags we supply are extra sized to allow not only the keyboard mouse and cables to be transported in them, but often telephones and headsets where required.
We have over 60 Computer trolleys/library trolleys we have are fitted with adjustable shelves to allow flexibility of use whilst still maintaining the advantages of transporting either IT or files/library collections in a safe, protected and highly cost efficient manner. We also have 30 library trolleys that are lockable, specifically for the purpose of relocating confidential files.
WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA have a comprehensive range of sized trucks at our disposal, most fitted with hydraulic tail lift facility (our newest truck has a 2 ton tail lift and 42m3 pan)as well as container trucks and Utes.
WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA supply coloured labels to underpin its relocation methodology, these labels are included in any relocation and can be offered in a plain format for clients to write on themselves, or preprinted (requires the supply of a spreadsheet and may attract a small charge) to reduce the risk of mislabeling.

Our Management team
All work undertaken by WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA Business Relocations Adelaide, is organised and co-ordinated by one of our project management team, from the smallest relocation requirements that just need JSA’s and a basic level of organisation through to the most involved scheduling and planning WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA have 3 highly experienced project managers that between them have managed some of the largest projects Adelaide has to offer, as well as knowledge and experience gained from interstate and international projects.
Project Management work can cover many different aspects of the relocation process. These include but certainly are not limited to the following:
• planning and chairing meetings for all work,
• conducting audits for storage or filing,
• raising of files,
• JSA’s and SWMS’s,
• organising parking permits and inductions,
• organising managing and scheduling any subcontractors we engage,
• conducting pre and post move dilapidation inspections where required,
• client staff presentations where required on use of crates and skates and general relocation rules,
• liaising with building managers and organising building protection and keys/lift keys.

Anthony Groves – Senior project manager, Anthony has over 15 Years experience within the transport and removals industry, with WINANGA-LI PROCUREMENT AUSTRALIA Business Relocations. Anthony is the lead Project Manager and has extensive experience in all facets of removals, from the relocation of high tech machinery to mapping and scheduling large scale staff relocations.
